Filtration - Sr. Business Development Manager

Our client is a financially strong, publically held, manufacturer within the air filtration industry. They have been in business for over 35 years, and offer quality products and services as well as a known name and great reputation.
They have retained our services to fill a Senior Business Development Manager position. This position will be responsible for implementing sales strategies, new product development and establishing distribution relationships on a global basis. It will have approximately direct reports and approximately travel with account managers will be involved. International travel will also be involved as our client is investing largely overseas. This position will be located in the southeast and our client offers a great relocation package.
What we are looking for is someone that has global experience managing a sales force as well as developing business direct while maintaining and establishing distributor relationships. Ideally this individual will have air filtration experience from a chemical standpoint. Someone that has a strong chemical background that understands the products and chemical application. The individual must have a bachelorís degree although a Masters degree is preferred.
