Our client is a design and manufacturer with a diverse line of products, one that includes industrial filtration systems for the oil, gas and power gen industries. They are a very well known organization and recognized on a global basis. They have been in business for over 75 years and are a profitable, well established successful organization which strives on organic growth.
They have retained our services to help them fill an Applications Engineer position. This position will be responsible for total execution and management of industrial filtration systems, it will support sales, and engineering as well as work closely with customers on their complex systems by providing technical support. It will also be a liaison with their international manufacturing facilities. Future plans are for expansion and plans are being completed for their current facility to incorporate their growth plans.
What we are looking for is someone that is a degreed mechanical engineer that is able to understand complex drawings, engineering software and the commercial needs of the customer. Someone that knows systems, such as filtration, lube oil or gas systems, as well as understands gas flow, and friction losses. This is a new position that will also provide great upward potential for the right person. The ideal individual would have industrial experience in an engineering position in filtration as it applies to the oil and gas, power gen, gas systems, or fluid control industries.
