A very successful full-service printer and manufacturer of sales and marketing support products has recently retained our services as they are currently looking for an experienced Director of Client Services/Account Management for their organization based in Northern Indiana. We are looking for someone having strong customer service & project management skills within the printing, graphics, and/or advertising industries. This position will be part of the Executive Team and will report directly to both the COO and CEO of the organization. Previous leadership experience a plus as this position will be overseeing a team of Jr. Project Managers. We are looking for a creative individual able to work closely with the customers to assist in managing their projects from idea through design, art direction, production, fulfillment to shipping. Must bring strong organizational skills and be able to manage multiple key accounts. Cost estimating and purchasing experience essential for this position as well. Some working knowledge of prepress, print production, and graphic design would be a plus. Any experience selling into the building products and/or home renovation markets would also be a plus.
